This was a piece simply created while doodling about and being inspired by some other artists whose work I had just been looking at. After I finished her, a neighbor of mine asked me for a matted print of it to give to someone else as a gift. I happily obliged and hoped her friend liked it. While visiting my neighbor one day, I noticed the print was sitting in a frame on her wall. When she saw me looking at it she smiled and said, "I was really going to give it away, but as I looked at it, I realized, I really wanted it." after a brief pause she asked, "Can I have another one for my friend?"
